| This project entailed revitalizing the area known as Five Corners in Bourne, Massachusetts.
The existing property comprised approximately 8000 square feet of retail tenant space. The program for this
project consisted of providing 14000 square feet for two medical suites to be utilized by Cape Cod Healthcare along
with an additional 12000 square feet to be divided between retail and business use. In order to meet the program
requirements, 10000 square feet was added to the existing building including a new wing and an additional partial
floor. The entire project was subject to review by the Cape Cod Commission.
