| The Bourne Medical Center is comprised of two medical office suites which are served by a radiology and laboratory unit operated by Cape Cod Healthcare. The medical suites are situated on different levels within the building and connected by a common core and elevator. Each suite has a separate waiting and reception area, examination rooms, treatment rooms, nurses stations and doctors offices. The suite on the lower level was designed to qualify for clinical use which required following state regulations and receiving state approval of the design prior to construction. |
