Gregory B. Siroonian, President, Registered Architect NCARB
Greg possesses over sixteen years of concentrated architectural and project administration experience on a broad range of building types and projects, including commercial, institutional, retail, multi-family and luxury housing. Greg's specific experience concerns project management, building technologies, and adaptive reuse. His focus and expertise lie in the areas of contract administration, material detailing and technical field analysis.

Since forming his own firm, Greg has been responsible as the principal-in-charge for residential and commercial of varying scope. As an example of his commercial design experience, he has been responsible for remodeling several Sears full line stores throughout New England as well as several franchised businesses in the Sears Licensed Business program throughout the eastern seaboard. Greg has also been responsible for the design of several hundred new residential properties and dozens of additions and renovations to existing properties.

In 1996, Greg founded RESCOM Architectural, Inc. after having trained with the firm of McKinnell, McKinnell & Taylor for a period of ten years. As a job captain at MM&T, he worked on several projects including the award winning Mount Pleasant Station Post Office in New Bedford, 125 High Street Tenant Fit-up for NYNEX, and Meadow Court Housing for the elderly in Lynn. As a project manager with MM&T he was responsible for several large projects including Highland Gardens Housing for the elderly in Somerville, several new United States Post Office lobbies throughout Massachusetts, and several Americans with Disabilities Act compliance projects for the Boston Housing Authority.

Greg's extensive training in the field has earned him a certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (#49,118). This certificate expedites the process for architectural registration in any given state by certifying that his credentials meet the national standards that must be recognized by all states. He is a registered architect and has done work in the following states:

Joseph D'Ottavio, Associate AIA
Joe has over 14 years of architectural and construction administration experience. His experience includes projects which range in cost from $100,000 to over $60 million in the retail, educational, corporate and high tech arenas. Recently, Joe has been involved with several store renovations and Americans with Disabilities Act compliance projects for Sears. He has also worked on several other commercial projects while at RESCOM.

Prior to joining the RESCOM team, Joe worked as an assistant project manager, project manager and construction administrator to some of the New England's most prestigious and challenging clientele. Projects included the award winning 210,000 square foot EMC Corporation office and manufacturing facility complex in Franklin, MA as well as the 225,000 square foot Data General office campus in Southboro, MA. Both complexes are complete with full kitchen and dining hall amenities, gymnasium with locker rooms, employee office space, training rooms, and research and development, manufacturing, and testing facilities.

Joe has also worked with some of the region's finest corporations including Talbots in their Store Planning and Design Division. He has also worked for BJ's Wholesale Club with responsibility for their prototypical and custom store layouts, as well as special projects including design renovation and construction administration to their general merchandise departments, food departments, auto centers, and food courts.

    Michelle S. Paone, Associate AIA
    Michelle has over eight years of experience in the architectural profession. She received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University in 1994. Michelle is an associate of the American Institute of Architects and a member of the Boston Society of Architects. She is currently testing for her Massachusetts Architectural Registration. Her specific experience includes architectural design, preparation of bid and construction documents, policy and procedure manuals, and project administration.

    Prior to joining RESCOM, Michelle was employed as an architectural assistant project manager at the firm of Jones Payne Architects & Planners, Inc. While at Jones Payne, she was responsible for overall project and staff coordination of several projects which had site locations nationwide. Her primary focus was Residential Sound Insulation Projects at several major airports. Responsiblities included, needs assessment, treatment recommendation and implementation coordination between homeowners, city officials, material manufacturers and the FAA. Through these projects, she gained valuable experience in building consensus among groups with diverse interests.

    Since joining RESCOM, Michelle's responsibilities have included design and construction document preparation for a wide variety of projects. She has put her communication skills to use in working closely with clients and building contractors on a wide variety of projects including several exclusive residential projects.

    Barbara Masaitis
    Barbara is RESCOM's on staff interior designer. She has over six years of interior design experience in both the residential and commercial arenas and earned her bachelors degree in interior design from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Among the many projects Barbara has been involved with at RESCOM, she provided design management services for renovations at Granitar, Inc. and interior renovations and cubicle design layouts at EMC Corporation. She has also done extensive interior design and space planning work in the medical and financial industries. Her list of past clients includes Fidelity Investments, State Street Bank, Boston Medical Center, Quincy Hospital, Braintree Hospital and Beverly Hospital.

    Barbara is also an experienced draftsperson, having worked on many residential and commercial projects while at RESCOM. Her responsiblities also include design and construction document preparation.
